Your payment is charged when you place the order. We use SSL encryption to protect your payment details during transmission, and we never store your full card number on our servers.
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You can try again with a different payment method or contact your bank.
Refunds for returned items are always issued to the original payment method. For PayPal payments, refunds will appear in your PayPal balance; for card payments, the credit may take 7–10 business days to show on your statement after we process the refund.
